May Review

May was a good month for me. I have gotten more serious about my 'life style choices', meaning I have been   watching my diet and exercising more.  I ended the month right at 200 lbs.  I got in 6 runs for 13.5 miles and 3.6 hours.  Plus went swimming at least once.  Ran in 3 5.k's and signed up for 1 more 5.k (next Saturday) and a four mile race on the Fourth of July.  Erica and I ran this race 2 years ago it.  It will be interesting to see if there has been progression or regression on my running!
